On October 17, colleagues celebrated the 10th anniversary of the School founding.


IPACS RANEPA received a thanks honor letter of the Higher School anniversary. In honor of the significant date, the rector of the Mercedes Institute, Delgado Fernandez, spoke on the national news release of Cuban television and noted the importance of cooperation between the two educational organizations.

In September 2019, was signed the first memorandum of cooperation between RANEPA and ESCEG, which became the starting point for further projects. Despite the unstable sanitary and epidemiological situation, cooperation with partners is actively developing using remote technologies.

On November 30, was held a video conference with the leadership of the Higher School. During a video conference Mercedes Delgado Fernandez the Higher School rector said the significant for the development of further cooperation phrase: “I give you my heart and the heart of my colleagues, and I hope this meeting will become a notable event in the development of interaction between our countries”.

On May 19, 2021 within the framework of the annual international conference session “Public administration and development of Russia: designing the future” IPACS RANEPA, an expert discussion “Financial law and management: interaction and interdependencies with the participation of foreign guests” was held with the involvement of Cuban colleagues. Jose Carlos del Toro Rios, Deputy Director General for Tax Policy of the Ministry of Finance and Pricing Policy of Cuba, made a bright presentation on the topic of modern public administration in Cuba. In May 2021, a was held joint Russian-Cuban round table on the topic: “Modern public administration and the role of a new generation of civil servants: the experience of Cuba and Russia”.

Today, the IPACS RANEPA professors actively publish articles and are interested in the further development of publication activity in the in Cuban magazine of the Hight School. Also in November 2021, educational organizations plan to launch a series of lectures on government digitalization.

Continuing the above IPACS RANEPA would like to wish Cuban colleagues continued success and victories. Cuba is an important partner for IPACS RANEPA and we sincerely look forward to further fruitful cooperation between our educational institutions!
