03/06/2021 was completed a training under the UN Development Program “Building Back Better II: Strengthening Online Training Capacities for Sustainable Development”.

From RANEPA side the program was attended by Tatyana Panova, Dean of the Faculty for International and Regional Research and Karolina Sikirinskaya, Deputy Head of the International Cooperation Department IPACS.

The program was developed in cooperation with the German Development Institute and with the support of Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety (BMU).

During the period of long-term training, all members weekly were in touch with the United Nations team and developed projects with colleagues from 10 different countries of the world. The development of projects was aimed at introducing new project initiatives to improve the work of state authorities in the field of sustainable development. At the end of the course, the participants created a working project group that will meet twice a year to monitor the situation on the final project implementation to create a single concept on the topic of sustainable development around the world.

Congratulations our colleagues Tatyana Panova and Karolina Sikirinskaya with passing the course and receiving additional professional training in the field of Sustainable Development. Also, we would like to invite with a great pleasure all IPACS RANEPA and foreign students to work out fresh ideas as part of the final project on Sustainable Development.
